Benji Madden is the guitarist of Good Charlotte.

Paris sells her Spanish mansion to flee from paparazzi

Paris Hilton home at Hollywood has been sold for £2.12 million – after only 10 days on the market.

The hotel heiress, 26, has lived in the Spanish style 1920s mansion for 3 years - but has been forced to leave after being harassed by tourists and paparazzi.

"It's hard to move, but there are too many people who know where I live," she tells the New York Post. "There's 20 tour buses coming a day. Random guys who turn up and leave stuff. I'm scared." Paris added.

Paris Hilton is released from Jail in California today after serving three weeks for driving-related violations.

She walked out of the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, into a scrum of photographers and camera operators. She made no statement before driving away in a car with her mother Kathy Hilton.

Awaiting her released, famed talk show host Larry king has bagged the first post-prison Paris Hilton interview.

Hilton will appear on Larry King Live for an hour to talk about her incarceration experience.

"I am thrilled that Larry King has asked me to appear on his programme to discuss my experience in jail, what I have learned, how I have grown and anything else he wants to talk about," Hilton said in an official statement. "Larry King is not only a world-renowned journalist, but a true American icon. It will be an honor to do his show."

Korn's frontman Jonathan Davis said that if given a choice, he would rather kill Lindsay Lohan than Paris Hilton.

There`s a report that Inside sources at NBC has just canceled its interview with Paris Hilton.

As TMZ reported, the Burbank bureau was preparing for the interview with Paris and Meredith Vieira for "Today."

Paris Hilton parents visit Paris in jail

The hotel heiress spoke to her worried mother and father, Kathy and Rick, through a glass shield at Los Angeles' Twin Towers Correctional Facility.

She told them she was suffering from the cold and lack of sleep, but assured them she had got her appetite back and had eaten cereal that morning.

Emerging from their 30-minute visit, Kathy said: "It's tough in there. It's cold and she hasn't had much sleep."

Rick added it was "just good to see" his daughter, who is currently serving her 45-day sentence for driving with a suspended licence on the facility's medical ward.

Kathy insisted that despite the circumstances Paris "was very happy" saying: "She wants to just do her time and get on with it."

Meanwhile, it has been revealed the 26-year-old socialite has been dropped by her talent agency. Endeavor representative Michael Donkis simply stated: "Paris is no longer a client."(Read on)

Paris Hilton will not appeal sentence

Paris Hilton said Saturday she was "learning and growing" from her time behind bars and has decided not to appeal her 45-day jail sentence for probation violation in a reckless driving case.

The hotel heiress was at a maximum-security detention center, where she was believed to have undergone medical and psychiatric evaluations to determine the best jail to keep her in.

"Being in jail is by far the hardest thing I have ever done," Hilton said in a statement released by her attorney, Richard A. Hutton. "During the past several days, I have had a lot of time to think, and I believe that I am learning and growing from this experience."

Hilton, in tears and screaming for her mother, was taken to the downtown Twin Towers detention center Friday after a judge ordered her back to jail, ending her brief stint under house arrest at her Hollywood Hills home.

"The Simple Life" star had been escorted from the courtroom shouting "It's not right!"

Hilton's lawyers sought to keep her out of jail on grounds that the 26-year-old was suffering an unspecified medical condition. Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer suggested that could be taken care of at jail medical facilities. (Read On)
