The actress turned singer Lindsay Lohan is being fought over by MTV Russia and MTV Australia to appear in their respective Video Music Awards.

The Australian MTV Video Music Awards is held in Sydney on April 27 and the Russian one week later.

She is on full schedules and sources said that Lohan won't appear at both and thus left the two networks to settle the money matter. "We're in negotiations with Lindsay's people but it's a money battle at the moment with MTV Russia," a report from MTV Australia revealed.

Lindsay Lohan proud of Golden Raspberry-nominated film

Lindsay Lohan has claimed that she is proud of her Golden Raspberry - nominated film "I Know Who Killed Me".

"I Know Who Killed Me was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life; I’m playing a schizophrenic and that was so draining but I loved working with the director Chris Sivertson" Lohan said.

The movie received 9 nominations for the annual awards ceremony, which celebrates the worst films made in the previous year.

LINDSAY LOHAN has a new rehab pal - RICHIE SAMBORA, the lead guitarist of popular Rock band BON JOVI

The rocker has checked into the same Utah rehab facility as the Mean Girls star, the Cirque Lodge, according to U.S. sources. In June (06), the guitarist completed a detox stint at the UCLA Medical Center after confessing he was struggling with alcoholism.

In an interview shortly after his brief stay, Sambora said, "I was just drinking too much and I needed to get my life together... It's been a rough year. "I'm still in therapy and stuff like that, but it's good. I'm great. I feel fine." Sambora's alcohol issues came after the break-ups of his marriage to Heather Locklear and romance with Denise Richards, and the death of his father. (source)

Lindsay Lohan to Face 1 Day in Jail

Lindsay Lohan is sentenced to one day prison in jail, 3 years probation and about $1000 in fines. She was also ordered to visit a morgue and spend time talking to victims of drunk driving.

Lohan, who is still at a rehab center in Utah issued the following statement shortly after her sentencing:

"It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. Today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case."

INSIDE EDITION spoke to Lindsay's father Michael Lohan on the phone. He says he believes she is now on the right path.

Lindsay must serve her jail time before next January, and says she is committed to conquering her demons and getting her life back on track.

"I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank god I did not injure others. I easily could have. I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career."

Lindsay Lohan's paying US $36,000/month for Rehab

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly paying US $36,000 per month for her stint in rehab.

As reported by Entertianmentwise earlier on, the 21-year-old actress has checked herself into Cirque Lodge, which overlooks Robert Redford's Sundance ski resort in Utah.

The Mean Girls actress Lohan is facing charges for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended licence – is required to attend daily 12-step programs, scrub toilets, wash dirty dishes and do laundry.

Lohan is due to appear in court on August 24.

Lindsay Lohan has surfaced for the first time since her driving under the influence arrest last month - she's staying with her mother Dina in Long Island, New York.

The Troubled actress actress was arrested in Los Angeles on 24 July, and charged with DUI - for the second time in two months - and possession of cocaine.

Lindsay was not shown up to the medias for some time after she was released on 25,000 USD bail in Santa Monica, California.
